Open Question: Hey girls, what do i do now? Really need some help with this problem. Sry its kinda long but please reply, thx?

Ok, so I met my best friend about a year and a half ago. He is from Hawaii, and moved to Minnesota(where I live) to when his mom remarried, because his step dad is from here. We met in football, and it turns out we only lived about 1/4 mile away from each other so we spend a lot of time together since it is a somewhat rural area. I'll make a long story short, I ended up spending 6months in a group home, from March to this past August. When I left it was EXTREMELY abrupt, and I had almost zero contact with him for this time. Well when I finally get out, I find out that his step dad's daughter had moved in with them shortly after I left. She had been living with her mom, but poor grades and other stuff lead to her moving in with her dad. Well, we started spending a lot of time together because I was at her house all the time. I am a year older than both of them and I am the only one who can drive, so I started driving all of us to school everyday. About a month after I met her, I started noticing that she was flirting with me, and it became more and more obvious. So I started flirting back. While I am not the best looking guy, I'mdefinitelyy not the worst. after a while it seemed like I was spending the same amount of time at their house, but more to be with her than to hang out with my friend. Homecoming came around and I was already dating someone, then a week before the dance, we broke up, I was gonna ask her out but then she started dating someone. So, they broke up almostimmediatelyy after the dance, and then I was going to ask her but she started dating another person almostimmediatelyy. So I started dating a girl and then totally screwed that upcompletelyy my fault) about the same time they broke up. Well about this time, my friend started dating her best friend. So, because of that I ended up spending alot of time with her best friend. Well one day, her friend tells me to ask her out, but not wanting to offend my friend, I didn't. Then one day he tells me she really likes me and I should ask her out. ( by the way, their parents, are more like parents to me than my real parents are, Hint: my dad is the one who placed me in the group home, and it only cost him 40k to do it) Now, the Christmas formal is 3 weeks away, I decide to ask her out, her best friend, her brother and my best friend, and a couple other people told me that it would be a good idea and that she wanted to. The day I go to ask her out, A friend of both mine and hers tells me that he is going to ask her out. So I end up waiting a week so I don't end up stepping on this kids toes, but he is to chicken to ask so I tell him I am going to ask and he seems ok with it. The night before I ask my friend and her best friend, tell me to ask her tomorrow(they didn't no I was planning to) and say that she wants me to and is going to say yes if I do. The next day I ask and she turns me down. Now I was not expecting that AT ALL, so it kinda shocked me. Turns out that kid who chickened out, had told her I was asking her( no big deal cuz I think she new anyway). Then she is acting like everything is all weird, and itsawkwardd to be around her, which isn't usually the case with me cuz I'm pretty easy going. Later that night her brother and my best friend, tells me that she said no, cuz she was afraid of what her parents would think, about her dating her brothers best friend( ok, first her brother is dating her best friend, and second, her parents have tried to hook us up, at homecoming, and for this Christmas formal.) Now, I don' t no what to do. I really like her, and I am almost positive she likes me, cuz everyone keeps telling me, and I could tell be the flirting and such. So, now what? I still want to date her, and I no her parents are cool with it. So, how do I get her to say yes, and how do I get her to stop acting all weird around me. Is there anyway to save this? I'mdesperatee, so please respond. Girls what do u think?

Open Question: Will She Really Leave Him?

I dated a girl around 10 years ago and recently reconnected with her. I had just been currently divorced. We talked via email and phone for appox 1 month then decided to meet for lunch. It has been an unbelievable connection! Here is the problem....she has been living with someone for about 10 years. We have been dating for about 3 months and its been incredible. She constantly tells me she is leaving him and has nothing to worry about but its just going to take time. She is currently out of work but not actively looking. The man she lives with is very disrespectful to her and has been for years. They live separate lives but live under the same roof. She tells me they sleep in separate rooms and have for months but who really knows. I truly love her and feel she is my soul mate but dont know if she is just using me as a crutch while they just go through a tough time. She says she loves me and cant wait to begin our life together but does she really mean it or is she just getting from me what shes not getting at home?

Open Question: Boys and Girls what should I do if B***** H***** are involved?

Okay i really like this guy but there are a few problems and there are some things that are just perfect. We are both 15, but we will be 16 soon, I'll be 16 february 28th, and he'll be 16 July 21st, both of our fathers are druggies n don't give a damn about us. We both really like each other, i know this because we've told each other that we do just about a week ago, we both feel that the other is someone that has always been there and will always be there for the other in our times of need. We've both helped each other through a lot of bad times and we would really love to date each other, but there are a few problems with this. One is that I live in Texas and he lives in Colorado. Another is that he doesn't like not being able to hold, hug, ect. with his girlfriend. Another is that we've never met in person but we've got each other on our MySpace and we've exchanged pics through texting. The main thing is that we would never be able to see each other in school orr anything like that. We really like each other but the distance would be hard to cope with and we are both hesitant with long distance relationships because all of the ones we've been in we've gotten cheated on or something like that and we don't want to ruin the relationship we already have and we also are trying to prevent heartbreak for ourselves once again. I need some advice, what do you think we should do, what's your perspective on this situation, what's your input, and how should we handle it? Please no sarcasm from anyone....this is serious, we've told each other that we love one another, and it's true, we do.

Open Question: center brake light not shining fully?

So I live in Northern California, and I got pulled over because my center brake light was apparently not shining fully. This cop gave me a ticket, so now I have to waste my time going to court to prove my light was fixed. First off, I drive a 93 honda civic. My car is very old, and also I'm not checking my center brake lights constantly. I do know for a fact that both of my normal brake lights work, and so do the lights in the front of my car. I probably just hit a bump and knocked a wire loose somewhere back there, but seriously, he gave me a fucking ticket!!! I have no problem with fixing the light, but a simple reminder/warning would have sufficed. Can police in CA really write you a ticket for this crap? I am really pissed that I have to go somewhere and have it verified by some auto professional that the light was fixed(thats what it says on the back of the ticket), then I have to go to court and show proof that it was fixed. What can I do about this ticket, because it's a waste of time, and I dont want to pay the court anything. I already changed the light, it took 5 minutes, but seriously, this ticket and court date is a waste of my time. I know California is broke, but SERIOUSLY?
