Open Question: System got problem after dowloaded the "vista theme for XP"?i have downloaded one theme for my laptop(windows XP), it was a "vista theme for xp", dat was a winrar file n i have saved in E-drive and opened. It was showing in "themes" in properties at desktop, but not working ie, desktop background become white, thats all. And i felt system got slow den i changed the theme to old one. But my system getting stuck, not able Shut down and loggin properly. I am using NOD32 one month free version antivirus, If i start the system it shows virus protection out dated, if i restart the sytem(even if it takes time) it will be fixed, and works properly. It repetes when i start the system. Please hell me to fix this problem. Open Question: Is it important to have an expiry date & brand name on every capsule & tablet ?The expiry date is that point in time when a pharmaceutical product is no longer within acceptable specifications for potency and stability. We observe some serious problem on printing of expiry date on tablet Or capsule. There is only one time print of expiry date on tablet or capsule stripe. Taking of tablet or capsule after expiry date can lead to adverse drug reaction. There are also some evidences of that e.g. tetracycline According to patients they got confusion for identifying the strip after opening six to seven tablets or capsules in the strip in multi drug regimen. To avoid these adverse drug reactions and increasing patient convenience there should be brand name and expiry date on each and every tablet or capsule All we know that lots of tablet or capsule stripes remaining at our home without expiry date or brand name ,people may throw out that stripes or swallowed and become victim. Open Question: Help me with this girl problem!?Im currently a Political Science major with a minor in Public Policy and Public Administration. I WAS a Chemistry major, before I became a Poly Sci major, because I was really enjoying the Poly Sci classes I was taking as a Chem major, so I decided to major in that. I also did political internships over the summer, It was great. But the thing is, I kinda miss my Chem friends, and they miss me too. They said I should take Organic Chemistry with them next semester or something like that. I dont want to lose contact with my Chem people. There is this hot girl, I am friends with, who flirts with me, and says she misses me, and I should take Organic Chem. She practically begs me to be in the class with her. I think she may like me. She twirls her hair, and giggles at my jokes. I invite her over to the dorm, but I think she is scared because of my gay roommate. Her roomy comes and visits and says Katie, the girl I like, misses me. Katie's an ed major who wants to teach high school kids. Well, is it worth it or not? I would have to take 4 more classes. Should I be really doing this? Katie is hot and cold with me, flirts with me one week, ignored me the next, and then flirts with me again, and her roomy came and visited me. Said that Katie misses me. I really like her, my friends wish we can be together, all my Chem friends thought we were dating, but she is just a good friend. She has a bf. Should I take more chem classes with her, if that means getting closer to her, and doing something I used to like but not anymore? For law school? We've been having sex for about 4 years, and we've never had any problems or any slip ups. Well, he began to try and control me. I wasn't allowed to see my family or friends, and anything that I liked that he didn't, I wasn't allowed to do. I had been seriously contemplating leaving him. He had also been showing violent tendencies such as telling me how much he wanted to hit me in the face, backhanding me, once he broke my nose, and he made a metal lamp fall on me, bruising my face. I was so scared of him that I never knew what I should do. One night my friend (his friends wife) got mad at him and started some drama because he was controlling me. That night he told me about how bad he wanted to put a pillow over my face and hit me so that it wouldn't leave a mark. He then choked me. Well, I found out I was pregnant, and knew that it was a bad thing. I always wanted children, please don't get that wrong, but I knew that now wasn't the time. He was very excited about it, but then continued to show violent tendencies, never hurting me near my stomach area, mostly near my face or arms. Finally I decided to leave, and I did. Almost a week ago I left after he tried to choke me in our kitchen. He keeps calling and texting me telling me how sorry he is. I've had two threatened miscarriages. I really don't want to bring a child into the situation. How could I ever send my child to see his/her father with the possibility that he could harm him/her? I was wondering if anyone knew any methods for ending a pregnancy this far along. I've read that herbs will more than likely not work. The only abortion clinic in my state is 3 hours away. (You can tell I live in the south). I'm not sure if the doctors at my local hospital would provide an abortion pill unless there was something wrong with me or the baby. Please lend your advice and wisdom, and please no criticizing remarks or talks about how I am a murderer. I know that it is wrong, but I really believe that God understands and knows that what I'm doing is for the best. Adoption is not an option here, because he will fight for the child in court. I have no proof other than my word that he was violent. :( Open Question: Friend's after rejection,.... Is it a good thing?One mainly for the guys this for a guy's perpective. If you had a female friend who you'd made an offer to date and she said she "wasn't interested in you in that way" would you be able to continue the friendship? Rejection is never a nice thing, so it puzzles me why people would choose to stay around/close to the source (and hence have a constant reminder) of the rejection? For me personally, on the couple of occasions that this has happened to me, when the girl has asked if we can still be friends and when I've said I wouldn't want to and explained why, the girl has flipped-out at me. Then I've always explained that people aren't a bag of pick-n-mix where you can choose the bits you want and reject the bits you don't want. In the past when I did try to maintain a friendship after a rejection it was a disaster. I had to watch the girl go through a string of guys and then have to listen to how the guys were jerks. On top of that, when she was dating a jerk, I was expected to "fill the gaps" in the relationship that they invariably left,....i.e. Listening to her problems, giving her advice, being the one she called at 1AM when she was upset etc. It was like having all the hassle of having a girlfriend with none of the plus-sides. A thoroughly pointless, time-consuming and painful thing to do. On a side note, whenever I've known of a guy who rejected a female friend, he's always become an instant pig in her eyes and she's wanted nothing more to do with him. Why do women do this, and expect guys to accept something graciously that they would go into hissing fits over? Open Question: Did you guys know as of todays date 1 in 4 people?are upside down in their homes, do you know what Obama is doing to help resolve this problem? Have you seen any jobs created? I did not vote this year, because of what was offered, kind of like going to a restaurant reading a menu and not liking any of the food. Any recourse?I was laid off from my previous job when my previous employer merged with another company this past March. Since then, I have been informed by a couple of places I've applied with that my prior employer refuses to confirm my past employment. This is affecting my ability to get another job and Unemployment isn't going to last forever. Is there any recourse I use to get my previous employer to release my employment dates? I can understand being unwilling to go into opinions on my work performance, but dates and duties shouldn't be a problem. I've checked the Colorado Department of Labor website, but it looks like they will only handle wage disputes. Does something like this fall under blacklisting or defamation laws?
