Open Question: What's his problem??

I've been seeing a co-worker of mine for the past month named John. We are not dating but I would like to be if he would only ask. He calls me alot and he takes me out on dates to nice restraunts. We have never had sex, the farest we've gone is John "touching my parts" once, but that's it.We make out alot as well...At work today though, I was talking to another co-worker. The coworker I was talking to is also friends with John. So we started talking because we were bored and out of nowhere, he informed me that John has been talking **** about me to him. I was really shocked. The coworker told me that John said that I "was a crazy ***** who thinks we are dating" and how "i always call him wanting to hang out." I was shocked. I didn't understand. I of course believe him because I had not told anyone we were seeing each other and also because me and John had agreed to not tell anybody at work because of it being a distraction. I'm so mad and I don't know why he would do this. I never talk anything but good about him. :( What should I do?

Open Question: law serving papers tx help?

My father called me scared last night. apparently a man showed up to there house at 930pm and knocked on the door. When my dad answered the man said are you jon doe? he replied..who are you? the guy said roy... so my dad curious and not knowing this man said roy who? and the man just said are you jon doe? my father scared said no and quickly shut the door and locked it. He then proceeded to turn out the lights and took his grand kids to the back room. He said he saw the man get into a truck then park in a neighbors driveway, then move to another. Then he said the truck came back and two men started pounding on the door hard and screaming jon doe we know your in there, if you don't show up to this you will go to jail. He said this frightened the grand kids,, then the men got into there truck and started honking on the horn for ten minutes and peeled out in the street as they left. he called me scared as can be. when i got to the house i noticed a rolled up paper in the door handle and MONEY clipped to the rolled up papers. neither me nor anyone in the house touched it. I just made a sign with date and time and took photos of it sitting in the door. It sounds like he was served, but why in the hell would they go crazy like that this late at night and leave money clipped to it if that is in fact what it is? My parents are calling the sheriffs dept in the morning to come look at it and file a report. Luckily i was not home at the time b/c i would of pulled my firearm and come out blazing if two strange men where trying to beat the door down like he said. My question is if these are papers to b served is this legal to do this? Put money onto them and leave them in the door knob? is that not a bribe and submittable in court? If they are serve papers was he really served since he never said who he was nor took the papers? he has no problem going to court if he gets served but the methods used here are horrible. Reason i ask if he has been legally served is i would love for these two yahoos to come back again to try to serve again. I would hate for my dad to have some warrant or something for not showing up, but legally don't think they served him. And like i said i would love to talk to these guys once they come around again... Its not cool to scared someone like that and threaten them with kids in the house this late at night.. that is a very very good way to get SHOT. serious answers please everyone, i know im a little wound up right now but you would b too white thanks for the info, but as stated he did not admit who he was and shut the door. you said they can as long as they know he is there or "hand them" to another adult of the house. they did not do this? so are you sure they can just show up to a supposed residence and leave them there not knowing if thats the right person or residence? Not trying to get out of anything just seems kinda shady if you can do that to people and they may never actually get the papers and court finds them in contempt.. please re read my exact words and for sure tell me if what the procedure they used is legal.

Open Question: MARRIAGE LICENSE problem-5 points if u can help- We forgot to pick up marriage license and we?

My brother is going to get married this Sunday. But today's Saturday and he just realized that he forgot to pick up the Marriage License forms or whatever you call it that you need to sign when you get married. The thing is, it's impossible to move the marriage date because he already scheduled the wedding for sunday and the vital statistics of Anchorage,AK already has a record of the marriage date, along with the person who is going to marry them. So basicallly, he won't be able to pick up the marriage license paperwork till monday. Now, my question is: Can they still get married on sunday even though the paperwork for the license won't be picked up and filled up on monday. OMG. I'm so mad at my bro. I worked hard for this planned wedding and I'm hoping that the Office of Vital Statistics is open tomorrow :D @urbaby. do you have proof? I think yours is accurate, but will it not be legal unless they redo the marriage again?
