Open Question: Anyone surprised at how wide open the league is this year?

In the East, the teams expected to be at the top are(Pittsburgh, Washington, and New Jersey). In addition, you have Atlanta making a run and they'll probably be in the playoffs. Ottawa appears to have bounced back from last year and will probably make the playoffs as well. The Islanders are no longer the joke of the league and could make the playoffs with a good run. Toronto has won 7 of their last 10 and can make a run as well. In the West, Detroit is getting old and are already injured. At best, I only see them getting to 5th or 6th and possibly winning in a first round upset. Los Angeles and Colorado are #1 and #2. Nashville appears to be becoming the team they were 3-4 years ago. Phoenix is making a run and Minnesota is 8-2 in their last 10. The past 2-3 years, everything was about Pittsburgh and Detroit. Pittsburgh will be up there, but they have Washington, New Jersey, Buffalo, and Boston to deal with. In the West, with Detroit coming down, teams such as Los Angeles, Colorado, Chicago, Nashville, and Phoenix are starting to rise. Any Cup predictions right now? Pittsburgh/Chicago, Washington/Los Angeles, and New Jersey/Chicago are good matchups and are looking like possibilities right now. Forgot about Buffalo. They're up there in the East as well.
