Open Question: Best Friend's Little Sister? and more... Open Question: Best Friend's Little Sister?My best friend's sister (We'll call her Brittany) is in 8th grade and I am a Sophomore. When I was in 8th grade, I realized that I was attracted to her. I haven't acted upon those feelings because she was too young and we didn't spend much time together. Now my feelings for her are stronger and this has led to some struggles with myself. When I was a Freshman, I watched all the girls in my grade date the Juniors and inevitably give the Junior guys what they were looking for. I told myself I'd never do something like that. The problem is, I wasn't thinking about Brittany. I've contemplated this over and over again. I know I wouldn't have sex with her because I'm a Christian and besides that, I wouldn't want to screw up my friendship with my best friend (We'll call him Kody). However, it is the perception of it and what her parents might think. This leads me to my next problem. Kody and I have been friends since 4th grade. He found out once that I liked Brittany and didn't seem mad about it, more like confused as to why. However, I wasn't prepared to act upon my feelings then ad he knew it, so now if I were to be serious about this, I don't know what his reaction would be. Tonight, I slipped in a hypothetical situation where I was dating his sister and he told me if I did, he'd kill me. Also, I know I'd never intentionally hurt Brittany, most people don't intend to hurt people, but it might happen. If it did, I know he'd take her side and even if he didn't, her parents would which would be just about as bad. So should I go out with her or not? If I do, how do I go about telling him and what do I do if me and her break up? Open Question: should i get a second opinion? if so how do i go abouts doing so?well for the past week now ive been having some problems with my pregnancy including cramps, back pain, hurts more and more everytime i walk, i have lots of pressure of him movin' down, and lots of pressure that i have to poop but i can't, i can't sleep thru the whole night and i get pretty bad cramps when im just laying still. this morning around 5:17 i woke up with bad cramps and went to the bathroom and had very loose bowel movements and following that i had severe cramps. well, i called the hospital last week when the cramps started and they told me to rest and it should go away but it hasn't. i called this morning after i had the severe cramping and they said oh don't worry it's fine just wait til your appointment. i told him i was very worried and want to make sure everything is okay [hinting that i wanna be checked just to MAKE SURE] and he's like i THINK you should be okay.. well- i've had problems with my hospital/ L&D since the last month of the 2nd trimester, i was going to call the other hospital near my house but i wasnt sure what would happen or what to say to them. btw my due date is with in the next few weeks.. well, im being seen at Sisters' at the clinic but was gonna call suburban.
