Open Question: Bi polar and disapearing acts is this normal ?why is it me he hurts?I have been dating a guy with Bi polar for a year he wont take medication so one minute he will be all nice to me then he will act like a jackass If we have a problem i try to talk to him he either goes into a rage and starts blaming me or he disapears for weeks or months he totally cuts me off deletes my number and then just appears he lies about where he's been . I try to be understanding but he knows this is very hurtfull he can be very cold and cruel and has a seriously bad habit of flirting and texting other women which is what our latest row is over he was telling a girl she was stunning and how he would date her this broke me because it hurt cos she is younger than me and he rarely compliments me so i have been given aload of abuse and the silent treatment and now he is cutting me off again . I told him i didnt want to see him again which i dont really mean but he doesnt realise im the one who is here for him and put up with his moods and behavior whilst trying not to let him walk over me I try to be firm but kind as he can be immature and disrespectful . But im tired of him pushing me out of his life and wanting anyone but me he has done this to me twice and it hurts me so much because i do care and want to help but he pushes me away and tells me i mean nothing i wonder wether he does care or if its all just a joke I have started to think its all lies even though i know he is sensitive and has very low self esteem . If i walk away or try leave he gets rage i turned my back on him during an argument and he locked me outside because i know if i rage back it wont help . I dont know why he disapears on me he apologises then does it again is this part of Bi polar or him not being able to deal with issues? Open Question: help me I am Infected with hiv or not?Hi iam John i had a protected sex with sex worker for 9 time with different girl in 6 month (year 2006). I was very strong and healthy. after (year 2007) 9 month i had a problem of anal itching for several month, i tested for hiv antibody it was negative. again i tested for hiv after 6 month is negative. i have sex with one homely lady without condom, after 6 month i had a problem of mild fever, sweating at day and night time, feeling tired. and i got tested for hiv again it came negative. one year completed now year 2008. i did not had any new exposer, i was not well and very much stressed out. i keep on testing for hiv all the result came negative. I consulted doctor, he told to do last and final test is Real Time pro-viral HIV-Dna PCR. My result came back Negative. I was happy i am not infetcted, (Year 2009) again i was not well, fever , dizziness, tiredness. and i was dignosed I had TYPOID FEVER titer valur th:1:320 to:1:320. Again i tested for hiv to... I had a small problem, my hiv kit was showing fiant line in T1. That means weak positive line indicated. again tested with another hiv kit it was showing negative. but one company hiv kit showed me weak positive line still now. But other company hiv kit was negative. I did hiv Elisa to confirm, It came negative. I did Hiv RNA PCR it aslo came negative. after 6 month i did Hiv western blot, it was aslo Negative. I was very confused, i again tested in Hiv kit it was weak positive again. but my RNA pcr and Western blot , elesa are negative. I was still confused........ My doctor told, it may be P24 kit. So it,s showing weak positive. I asked i am positive? He said NO. It may be some cross antibody reading in that kit. again i am in confused. I was ver very very very stressed off. My TYPHOID Status Was Positive still now. My doc said last Test to do. Its was HIV VIRAL LOAD Test and CD3, CD4 and CD8 test. My result was, My Viral Load was less than detectedable limit. and My Cd4 was 850, CD3 was 920, CD8 was 1200. My doc told me hiv less that detecteable limit means... Ur viral load is under control. means u r negative. I am very confused again. I dont know i was really a positive or negative. After 2 month, i got swollen lympn nodes in superacervical area a small bean shaped node. I tested for FNAC fine needle Biopcy. Result was Recative Lymphoid cell. My doc said No problem. no need of any treatment. After some days, my lymphnodes was normal and the same size, not grown up. My doc told me to do TB test. I got TB test done, My result came Positive. IGg: Positive, IGm Negative. My doc told me Your are normal. cos ur IGm is Negative, you dont have recent TB infection. You had past TB problem. I was again Confused, Doc told me to do TB DNA PCR. I result came Negative. My storry was continued.. for long time spending money on Blood test. In 15/11/2009 Last my doc told me to do TYROID TEST. My result Came THS Value High. 9.5 (normal 2 - 5.5) My doc Started treatment of HYPOTYROID. I come to the point: Now date: 01/12/2009 Now i am facing lot of problem. 1> Continue Snezzing 2> Small Lymph nodes in Cervical 3> Some time mild fever upto 99.2f 4> mouth burning problem 5> not proper food intake 6> Anal itching is continuing 7> Body back pain for 2 month 8> Dizziness for 6 month 9> Headhack some time 10> Sweeting Some time. HIV : status (Dont know) ? TB : Negative Typhoid : Positive Titer 1:160 both THYROID: THS Value HIGH. Lymphnodes :Recative 3 years happen i am testing for hiv.with un know status positive or negaive This all my Symptoms and test what i have done? Please help me.......What is my health problem?
