Open Question: Do men have a problem with somewhat traditional girls?I am in my 20s, I was born in the States but my parents are European. In a way, some of their traditionalness has rubbed off on me. Like when I date, I don't kiss on the first date. I kind of wait a while to start "making out". Also, if I introduce the guy to my parents, and let's say he sleeps over, it would be separate bedrooms. I am also a bit shy by nature... A co-worker of mine is dating an American girl from an American family and he says he feels blessed because her parents could care less if they share the same bedroom (they've been dating a month). What do you think?? Open Question: How can we make it work with me in college and him working 14 & 14 offshore?*****We're not married, bu I figured you'd have more/ better advice than a 12 year old in love with a 14 year old in the singles & dating area.***** We met on Monday. We chatted twice that day and he asked for my number during the 2nd chat. He said he was leaving for work early in the morning and wanted my number. He promised to call. He called as he promised on Tuesday. He also called on Wednesday and Thursday. I hadn't heard from him yesterday. I'm used to talking to him once a day, but I understand he's working or prolly just tired after a long day. I'm sure he's still interested because he told me 2 nights ago that when he comes in next week, on his way home he wants to take me out. I can't wait to go out with him. He told me to choose a place and I have one in mind. When we chatted he explained how he's ready to settle down and start a family. I also would like to settle down and start a family. We're both in our 30's. The problems are we live about 90 miles apart, he's only home 2 weeks out of the month and I'm back in college. How can we make it work with me in college and him working 14 & 14 offshore? More Recent Articles
