Open Question: how do I tell her were not meant to be?I been dating this girl for a while now and we just decided to just be friends and work slowly on getting into a relationship but I feel like we're not going nowhere with just talking every day. How do I tell her I don't want to be with you anymore in a good way? And tell her were not meant to be? I mean to be honest I'm not wasting my time with someone who wants to wait and wait when we don't even talk about nothing on the phone about nothing, just about her and her problems.She don't even ask how my day was or nothing. I rather talk to her sometimes but I don't want to be rude and just stop talking to her. Open Question: When to end your marriage?My husband and I have been married 13 months. We dated 4 yrs (off and on) prior to getting married. Honestly, we have both done things that have created situations. I am not perfect nor is her. I was completely honest with him until I learned he ws cheating and lying. Then, I stopped trusting him! I am known to be abiove reproach and very respected! This is my problem. I do everything and usualy alone! From the birth of our daughter to buying a home, I do it! I refuse to let him see our daughter as he continues to do things that in my book, not the example I want around my child. He has never supported her financially as I've got money and take care of her. He has another daughter that he doesn't see, only supports her due to court order and told me he wouldn't have much to do with her because "she isn't a very pretty child". So, when I had our daughter, I decided that it was best he not be in her life. I kept him away! In fact I lied to him and told him I placed her for adoption! He is a liar! He is a cheater! He deny's her yet is upset that I act the way I do!! He only shows people her picture as she is pretty and he is proud to show her off. So.... we decided to reconcile our marriage. This involved my moving to a different state, purchase a house (condo), furnish the condo, furnish vehicles for his use and drag my daughter from the only home she has known. I did this! My husband only wants to come over to have sex, see his daughter and although he lives with roommates, has yet to give a notice and move into our home. So... I have put my foot down and won't let him come over to MY house until he is ready to commit! Due to this, he is throwing a tantrum, told me to F-Off and demanded divorce papers! Keep in mind he just ended his "friendship" with a woman he spent the night at her house when I was out of town ( same women he was with when I had my daughter) but never had sex with ri(right)....well they did have sex in the past but I'm to believe that they don't anymore!! My demand was end the friendship and commit to our family! He states he did, but then, he has made that claim before! I have been dealing with this woman for 5 years. She has no respect for me ormy marriage!! I am going to get the papers for the divorce done! Tired of his weekly divorce demands when he doens't get his way! Open Question: what does a suspened account mean for mortgage payments ?i have had nothing but problems from my mortgage company, they either take my mortgage payment and put it in my escrow account, send me letters telling me my mortgage is not paid, or they take my escrow payments in put them into my mortgage accounts then try to charge me for escrow shortage. i'm up to date on both payments. but october they put my account as only a partial payment and they keep putting my mortgage payments in a suspended account. what is this suspended account for ? they take my money and claim they don't know where it is ! according to them i didn't pay my property taxes last year even though i sent them my cancelled check they cashed ! they only put 300.00 in my account out of 852.00 for my last years taxes. Open Question: Spam sent from my Yahoo Account to my Yahoo Contacts?I have seen the Answer section replies to this problem, but I am not convinced by the answers (usually offering the advice that email spammers can mime your email address, or a virus has been unleashed). I had this problem a couple of days ago. I was alerted as some of the addresses in my Contacts list were no longer valid and bounced back to me. Someone had hacked my account, and sent spam to everyone in my Yahoo Contacts list, the spam directed them to a website that contained malware. I placed a Support call to Yahoo, and they came back with the standard form response about email headers being mimed, and about viruses and the need to scan my PC. They did not address the issue of how my Yahoo Contacts list was being accessed. My PC has been scanned, by three applications (AVG, Adaware and Spybot, all up-to-date), and all report it as clean. Does anyone dispute that the only way spam can emanate from your Yahoo email address to all on your Yahoo Contacts list (and only to people on that list) is by someone gaining access to your Yahoo password? (If you do dispute it, please explain how the Contacts list can be accessed). I have changed my Yahoo password for a stronger one, and I sent a follow-up email to all on my Contacts list advising them to ignore my previous email and delete it, and to be vigilant to any further emails from my Yahoo account that do not 'seem' like something I would write.
