Open Question: I like him, he likes me. One problem: he's my manager and a little older than me. Help!?

I started working there a few months ago. I knew my manager was into me for a while because we'd be up for hours texting or on AIM. He would always send me flirty messages and say that I was really cute. He's also there when I'm upset and I can genuinely see that he cares. A few days ago he admitted to having a thing for me and I like him too. When I asked him about it he said we could never be together because he's 23 and I'm 17 and my manager. It really hurts and I don't know what to do anymore. The more he flirts with me, the worse it gets. I want to tell him to stop but then we probably wouldn't talk anymore. He's basically using me for a fun time but not looking to date me. Sometimes I just freak out at him because I wish he understood the pain he was causing me. What game is he playing?

Open Question: i am trying to figure out when i ovulate because it seems like day b4 period but that cant be right plz help?

I've been sexually active with my fiance, unprotected, and don't keep track of the dates we have sex. I know that we have a few times this month, including the "14 days after menstruation" period when I was supposed to be ovulating. The reason I am confused is because the day that I was supposed to get my period, instead I got a lot of "egg-white" discharge, typically associated with ovulation. The next day, I got my period. That was four days ago. Now my period has stopped. My period is usually 5 or 6 days long, this month it has ended after 3-4 days. I was wondering if I might be pregnant because I also have experienced some other symptoms, including greasy hair and face I don't usually have during pms or period; horrible diarrhea (sorry); headaches; dizzy; I am always tired, and slept for three days straight last week with no problem, and was still tired. I feel like I am just jumping to conclusions in thinking that I might be pregnant, btecause I want a baby, and may be being too hopeful. What do you all think, do these sound like early symptoms? It's not so much the symptoms that made me think of a possible pregnancy as the "egg-white" discharge on the day that I was supposed to get my period. Isn't that type of discharge only supposed to come on the day that you are ovulating?

Open Question: Should I take her back?

I know this is probably a very heavily posted question but I can't find a post with the same exact problem as me. I had been dating my ex for 2 years. In the beginning everything was great. In the last few months though she started to change a lot. She didn't like the same things anymore, didn't like hanging out with me as much and spent a lot of time on my computer. One day at work one of my co-workers came up to me and said he saw her at her job flirting with some other guy. I defended her, telling him that he probably just was reading the situation wrong, that she wasn't like that. After a while the seeds of distrust began to fester and I put a program on my computer to monitor everything that was typed, every chat program conversation, and every website that was visited. I soon became aware that she was talking to some other guy and was planning on leaving me for him. I was totally heart broken and left to drown my sorrows with a friend. When I cam back she was gone. For weeks I was completely crushed, and could barely operate at work. She changed her phone number before she left and never gave me the new number. I knew what it was, but still I never called her. I avoided her job for a month or so, then one day stopped by thinking she wouldn't be there and she was. I avoided talking to her, but apparently my presents made her feel as though she missed me. She started calling and texting me, telling me she was sorry and that she still loves me. Now as soon as I started getting over her she is trying to get back with me and mt emotions are torn in two over if I should take her back. I still lover her, but every time I try to talk to her about what happened to her over the last month, to try to understand why she wants me back, why she and her new guy didn't work, she bottles it up and won't talk about it. I am worried that if I do take her back it will end with the same problems of her bottling up her feelings and problems and not talking to me about it till it comes out as a huge fight. I don't want to be with her if she won't talk to me, but I still love her so. What should I do? I can't focus on anything.

Open Question: I NEED HELP WITH THIS GIRL?

I have a situation, and I please appreciate if you read my whole story. Ok, basically a year ago, I met this girl online, and we started talking and what not through email, facebook, and myspace. At the time a year ago, i was 17, and she was 15. We now have been talking on the phone and we are really in love with each other. We have made history together the past year that we have known each other. See the problem is, she lives in California, and I live in Florida. So yeah... Our parents do not know about our relationship, and we do not plan on them finding out anytime soon, because we are afraid that we are gonna get in trouble. She is Asian, so her parents are Asian, and her parents are very strict. Her parents don't allow her to date, go out, or anything with guys....so yeah. I am half spanish/american, so my parents aren't that strict. See, we haven't always talked on the phone, but then we figured something out and found out that we could talk on the phone using the free nights and weekends thing. Well, her mom suspects something might be up with her talking on the phone, and says that she now plans on checking the phone bill to see her calls (which is something she doesn't normally do). So, she is gonna try and say that one of her friends that she knew before who lived in New York, moved to Florida, but we are afraid that it might or might not work. If her parents find out about us, she said that they might take her phone away, her computer, etc, and that if they found out, especially that we met online, she might not be able to stay in contact with me. =[ and we are both like freaking out. So I guess my question is, for our situation, do you have any ideas on what we can do???? WHAT SHOULD WE DO???? BTW, we both know enough about each other to know that we are both are who we say we are, so that's nothing to worry about. PLEASE HELP ME. we love each other.
