Open Question: i think i might be in love with my best friend?Okay, well best friend, lets call him (ross) is the nicest, most amazing guy i've ever met. hes helped me through so much and we always have such laughs. we can speak on the phone for hours and he makes me laugh on my worst days. everyone knows that we are such good friends, and hes one of those people that make me smile whenever you see them. if you get me? :P the problem is i know him through my girl best mate katie. They dated for 8 months and were the cutest couple ever, but she suddenly broke up with him at the end of September. They had a really bad break up and well i was sorta caught up in the middle of it all, being both there best friends. Also we are so close as friends, that he even comes to me when he fancies someone for help, and is always asking me who i like and who i want to get together with at the next party? I'm worried cos i never felt like this before, and i don't want to lose my friendship with ross, because he is the best friend i've ever had. I'm quite shy when it comes to guys and i don't know what to do?! some people say we will be good together, but others say we just don't go well together. help help help? thankyou (: Open Question: How to sort specific items in iTunes?Heres my problem, i just loaded the Alien Saga into iTunes (Handbrake+ MetaX) and here's the order they're in: Alien Alien 3 Alien Resurrection Aliens Now that is right alphabetically, but that's not the order of the movies. Is there any way i could force itunes to recognize the correct order without having to rename the files 01Alien, 02Aliens, 03Alien 3 etc? I cant sort by date either, i have other movies that get mixed in. Thanks! Open Question: Moving cross country with newborn (4 weeks)?Hi! We are military and my husband will be assigned to a new duty station and we'll be moving about 4 weeks after my due date. The trip with the car is usually 32 hours, so we would need at least 3 to 4 days to get there. Would it be safe to travel this many days with a newborn? We're thinking of having the baby and me follow my husband a month later (if I can find a friend to stay with for a month), so then the baby would be 8 weeks old, but of course there is the financial problem involved - we'd have to pay 2 rents, the move-in costs, plane ticket for me etc. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you! Open Question: What do you guys think about this?Hey guys, having more girl problems, it always helps to hear what you guys have to say about my situations. Me and this girl texted each other for a few months, then she asked me to homecoming at school. So we went and had a great time, at the end of the night we held hands.... after that we went on a few "unofficial dates", we slowdanced and did a bunch of stuff like that. Eventually I kissed her. As soon as I took her home the night we kissed she texted me and seemed to be very very happy. I was her first kiss. We told each other goodnight and everything seemed to be going great. The next day I texted her and she never replied. We haven't texted in two weeks which is weird because we used to text almost everyday. We still walk together at school, but I have the feeling that something isn't right. I tried hugging her at school once but she got all nervous. What's going on? Do you think she's just needing some time and space for a while? Or do you think she's all of a sudden not interested in me? She's a really shy girl so I wonder if that has something to do with it, I was planning on taking her out another time and talk about being officially boyfriend and girlfriend, but I don't want to make another move if she's trying to nicely tell me she's not interested in a full blown relationship. What do you guys think about all of this? Open Question: HELP! My girlfriend might have lied about being on birth control?We've been dating for about a month and we decided to have sex. She told me that she was on birth control so I believed her and we proceeded to have sex. Well, a few days later I talked to my friend and when I told him who I was dating he immediately said "oh my God, that's my ex girlfriend." He told me that while they were dating she was trying to get pregnant and kept talking about having babies and all this stuff. She even went to get a pregnancy test. So when he told her that he wouldn't have sex with her because of that she broke up with him. I've asked my girl about all this and she keeps saying not to believe him. I'm VERY scared now because when she told me she was on birth control I didn't think it would be a problem and when we had sex I came inside her. Now different people have been telling me that she will try to get pregnant with me. She assures me over and over that they are making things up and lying but I just don't know who to beleive!!! I'm so scared and confused I can't be a dad at 18! Fuck that. What if it's true and she does get pregnant! I wouldn't allow an abortion, but I can't be a father either. Open Question: 2 very different guys, what should i do?I have liked and talked to this one guy for about 6 months. He is a year older than me (16) and we always have fun together... We have texted everyday since we exchanged numbers. He knows i like him but he has never asked me out. He does like me, he does not deny it to anyone. But; he still hasnt asked me out or anything. I was at a game a few weeks ago and a senior (18) told some of our mutual friends that he liked me. We started "talking" then and were about to date until some random things including his mom not liking that i am 15 and he is 18. (I dont see the problem in that especially when we arent going to do "anything". We stayed friends and we still talk everyday at school, in between classes and texting. For some reason, i still like him and i'm pretty sure he likes me. I'm just worried that he isnt over his ex yett. They were together for years but the entire relationship was BS, like she cheated all the time and everything. I dont know what i am supposed to do?? Who am i supposed to choose to go for?? I like them both and enjoy spending time with both of them.... Oh, and i am a sophomore. Open Question: How Can I Make Myself Attracted To Him?Good morning! Here is my problem: I started dating a guy about a month ago whom I met through his cousin. He is a great guy. I have two kids and he loves children- he has two girls his ex won't let him see so he is ok with my two girls who are very young. He is a social worker and educated, decent, and he seems to really care about me a lot. He is the kind of guy who would do anything I ask, yet he has a lot of self respect as well. He is kind, affectionate, gentle, and intelligent. Essentially personality wise, he is everything I could possibly ask for. And he has made it clear that he wants this to be a long term relationship. However I have a big problem: I am not attracted to him. I can live with his looks but I am not sure if I can make myself be attracted to him. I am trying awfully hard to do just that because he is such a super guy and I am truly attached to him, truly care about him, truly want a relationship with him. I'm not sure if it's the level of stress in my life right now or what, but I am really struggling with this whole attraction thing! I was honest with him, I had a talk with him and we came to the conclusion that we will try to work through this issue. He is willing to cool it physically until I understand my feelings better, but he really doesn't want to lose me. So he is willing to still be dating me while I figure myself out. He is a great guy! Let me tell you how great he is: He generally spends the night at my house due to his living so far away and I am closer to his work, so this is around once a week or so. So last night I was zonked out sleeping, just super exhausted with being a hard working single mom and all… the baby was sick and woke up in the night and he got up, took care of her, changed her diaper and pajamas (she had wet thru her clothes) and she ended up snuggled up next to he and I. I woke up and she was sleeping on his chest. He had fed her and washed her up, because he knew I was exhausted since she's been sick all week. Mind you, he generally comes by after the kids are asleep and leaves before they wake up, but apparently the baby really likes him and is comfy with him! That plus don't worry he is no perve, of course being a mother of girls I did a thorough background check on him before the first date even! A mom can't be too careful!!!
