Im very mature for my age and we both love each other. Im scared what people will think because were 9 years difference. He doesnt have a problem with it and neither do i but all my friends think that its really werid some say its like being in a relashionship with your father or brother but i dont think so. Why should age matter. as long as we love each other and we both agree that our ages are no big deal to us. Open Question: Girlfriend's parents problem!!! PLEASE HELP!!!?Ok so my gf and I started having sex about a month a go, she's taking pills so she won't get pregnant, and last week she took 2 pregance test and they were negative! The problem is her mom found them and she's freaking out! Her mom is very Christian and she has told me I have betrayed her and her trust, before that my gf and I have been dating for a year and we were thinking about that since we had already done it, well we could get marry and live together, her parents think I'm just another guy and that I won't make myself responsible for what happened, which I'm willing to do! Open Question: Need advice and answers with legal issues concerning roommate and lease for apartment! Please!?So there are a lot of details I have to explain for this situation to be understandable to others. So if this is long, please bare with me and read through it. I moved into a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment and the lease was supposed to end on January 30, 2010. There were a total of 3 of people, including myself, living there. I'll call the other two Bob and Samantha. Bob ends up losing his job so he moved out. Samantha and I found a new roommate, Chad who happened to be Samantha's friend, shortly afterward. Samantha and I had been getting along great, or so I thought until Samantha began acting very short and stand-offish with me when Chad moved in. A couple of days went by and I knew something was wrong. So I asked Chad if I could borrow his phone for a few minutes, and he had no problem with that and handed it to me. I went into his text message inbox and discovered a conversation between Chad and Samantha containing several threats concerning my physical safety, as well as "plans" of doing things to purposely run me off. The text messages were dated as far back as 3 weeks before Chad moved in. I ended up forwarding the text messages to my email address and printed them off. They have Chad's number as well as the original date and time the messages were sent. Because Samantha's number was stored in Chad's phone, the messages Samantha sent are titled "From: Samantha". So would that hold up if I decide to take everything to the police? A couple of more questions: I ended up moving out. During the move, Samantha was making very harsh comments, which I have 2 witnesses of her doing so. Would I be able to press charges against her for harassment? Concerning the lease: When I found the text messages, I immediately went to the leasing office and spoke with the manager about the whole ordeal. She used the saying "if you were my daughter, she would get out asap." I ended up turning in my key to the leasing office and the manager said she would be willing to work out a payment plan for us to pay the remainder amount owed for the months of December and January. Samantha has disagreed to pay her half so in order to avoid being sued by the apartment complex or them turning it over to collection, I have to pay over $1600 for the remainder cost of living according to our lease. Would it be possible for me to take Samantha to Civil Court and request that she pay her half? Her name is on the lease, so I would assume so but I just need as much advice I can get. Hopefully someone will be able to help me out. thanks Yeah, I stated toward the end that I will end up having to take it to civil court to get the leasing situation taken care of. When I moved into the apt, I had known Samantha for maybe a week, if that. That was a stupid move on my part and I have learned a valuable lesson from it. Concerning the threats in the text messages, I am asking if the printed documents I have of the text messages will be vaild if I go to the police. The threats were made to my physical safety.... Open Question: Why shouldnt i care what people say or think?Well i just moved to a new school october 19th but everyone in the high school and middle school knows me,No1 really has a problem with me that im aware of,nobody starts crap or anything but,when im walking around with my boyfriend some of my Ex friends and some of his ex friends will stick there toung out scream random mean things pretend to throw up and now a kid i was gonna date posted a mean comment on my myspace what can i do to not care or think about what people say about me or us.cuz im totally sick of it Open Question: Should I just keep this to myself and not tell her?I went to pick up my date Sue. Her mom Sandy told me Sue had called and she had to work an extra hour and that I should wait for her. Sandy and I talked for a while and then Sandy asked me if I would like to see her paintings. She took me into her din which had several pictures on the wall. The largest picture in the center of the wall was Sandy totally nude. Sandy pointed it out to me and asked me how I thought she looked when she was younger. I told her the truth. She looked magnificent then and now. WOW, did she have beautiful figure. As we sat in her din and talked some more, I had a problem. I could not help it. I got a hard on. I found a pillow on the couch and tried to hide my hard on. If Sandy saw it and I think she did, she was kind enough not to say anything about it. Would I have ever been embarrassed if she said something about it. When I see Sue, should I tell her what happened. If I do she will probably dump me. Guys, can you imagine how your date would feel if you told her you got a hard on for her MOTHER.
