Open Question: Need help... I know it's long but what do I do? Do I even have a chance anymore?

Sorry it's long, don't bother complaining cause I warned ya This girl is one of my closest friends at college. When we first met we went on awkward half dates (mostly started by her) for a while up until her roommate drunkenly told me that I should make her night and f-ck her. Maybe things would have been easier had I followed her advice, but at the time I wasn't very interested in her romantically and stopped dating. I continued to hang out with her though because as I said, she has become one of my best friends. We share a ton of interests and have many of the same friends. That was freshman year. This is middler year. We both have been in a failed relationship since then, and are both single now, trying to find someone else. We spend nearly every weekend together, and since I don't drink much and she enjoys drinking a lot we frequently go out to bars and such. I watch out for her, and she trusts me to mix her drinks for her at parties so I can cut her off before she goes overboard. Problem is, we're both pretty shy. Sure she let me hold her hand to guide her back to her apartment last weekend, but she was also blackout drunk. But she also only told me when she was coming back from her internship a week earlier than expected a month ago and wanted to surprise everyone, just to make sure I would be there (cause I live so far away). Basically... I'm madly in love right now. I want to tell her, but I also don't want to screw up this kind of friendship. I know I USED to have a chance, but now I have no idea. If there's the chance it'll happen I need to try, but if there's no chance at all, well, I better keep silent. Regardless I need to make a decision soon, if she gets asked out before I tell her sh!t is gonna hit the fan. Help me?

Open Question: So I am a Republican here with a modest proposal to solve the education problems?

As we all know, our public education system is not doing as well as the systems in other nations. Here are our problems 1. Kids are not motivated 2. Teachers are not trying their best and are not doing their jobs 3. A lot of the kids mainly in the inner city do not have enough time to do work because they are busy doing other things 4. Education is not valued Here are my solutions to each problem Problem 1: Kids not motivated? Lets get rid of the curriculum. I have personally opposed science, social studies, and literature because they are liberal subjects. I propose a different plan, we should not bore kids with nonsense, instead we should teach them the things that will matter to them in life as young republicans *coughs* excuse me, young men and women. We should teach them about the bible and about football. Instead of literature classes we should have classes like Football 101, instead of science class we should have a class called Jesus 101. As a result, our student will be productive republicans *coughs* people in society. Problem 2: Teachers not trying their best? We should tax them, every time a student does not pass a test we should make them pay extra money to the Republican party *Coughs* excuse me, the government. If they fail to do so then we shall have them impaled. Problem 3: Get rid of them, I say we should hire those kids to work the street jobs and give the good education to our fine young republicans *coughs* excuse me cross that out, our fine YOUNG men. Problem 4: Who cares if students do not value education? We should just tell them that they are going to hell and that jesus would not want them to take their education for granted. Worshiping Christ and learning about football are a lot more important than reading works of literature like Great Expectations by Charles LIBERAL Dickens (he used higher order vocabulary, he must have been a liberal!) or learning science concepts which are only for liberals. So I know that my proposal is the utmost admirable proposal to this date, us Republicans really know our stuff. So what do you guys think? lol ol republican pissed because I dissed his foozball

Open Question: Billie for a girl? Middle name? Naming traditions?

I've read the other questions on Billie for a girl, and people tend to freak out about it being a boy name. But I personally think it's adorable for a girl, and it would also be an homage to my family's naming tradition - every eldest child of every eldest child dating back at least nine generations has been named William. I am the first exception, as the first eldest daughter in all that time. They all had different middle names and tended to go by those, with the exception of my grandfather, who went by Bill, and now my kid brother(who they named William because I wasn't a boy), who started off as Dylan but now wants to be called Will. I doubt she would dislike the name for being boyish, as her grandmother and I are both tomboys(I would've loved to be named Billie), but I'd like to give her a girly middle name so she could go by that if she liked. Something feminine and a little uncommon. Or Bell for a nickname. What do you guys think? Overall? Suggestions for middle names? Do you think she'd have a problem with half-sharing a name with her uncle, her grandfather, and most likely her cousin?

Open Question: Is it easier for women to find dates than men?

Lets face facts people; women dont have to do much when dating; they pretty much just have to be approachable. Men are expected to do all the leg work, such as asking and such, even though feminists whine about gender roles all the time, they have no problem with this. Secondly as long as your a reasonably looking woman, youll probably have a man ask you out. Women never ask men out unless they look like brad pit, or have lots of money or are some bad boy thug. Shy women especially have it easy compared to shy men. Men arent normally turned off by shy girls and will approach them; where as shy guys are often considered to be a turn off, because they are "doormats" or "boring". Add to that that 99% of rejections are done by women, not men; unless your really ugly or fat, you probably wont get rejected. Men are also expected to pay for everything, and meet ridiculous physical standards, and whats funny is that women always complain that MEN are shallow...yet men are often less picky. Also men are expected to pick up on ridiculously subtle "signals" to approach women, which are often misread, and if a guy doesnt approch hes considered to "not be interested" And finally most men dont insult a girl when they reject her; women are often quite brutal with rejection for no reason (i know from experience). So is it safe to say women have it much easier wheb it comes to dating?? Im a shy guy amongst other unattractive things, BTW so im screwed

Open Question: My parents are so unreasonable! What should I do until i move out?

I have some issues with my parents, and they are starting to annoy me. I'm am currently 14 and a freshman in high school. My parents won't let me date, they don't like that i'm taking 4 honors(the most a freshman can take), they(or should i say my mom) doesn't want to have anything to do with my grades or school, and they don't appreciate that i am almost 100% self-motivated and independent in making school-related decisions. Dating - I'm not allowed to date until i get out of the house. when im in collegee! Reason - I'm not responsible enough or mature enough, and it interferes with school work. 1. if they knew me they would know that nothing interferes with my schoolwork, and that i am 5 times as responsible and mature as some of my friends. Also i mostly get straight a's with an occasional b. Whenever i ask them why they give me those reasons. When i give them a plausible reason why i should be allowed to date. They ignore what i say+my dad is age discriminative and my mom doesnt speak english... My sister is now 17 takes 5 ap classes and gets straight a's and is number 3 in the whole school and she has the same problems as me. I just want the freedom to choose wether i date or not. Challenging school work+no appreciation&no participation- unsupportive of me taking 4 honors. Reason - doesn't want me to work my best (contradictory to the 1st problem) & mom never went to college and slacks off alot. Most parents would support hard work. My mom says that im working too hard, but im not.. but then when related to dating i need to work hard. I dont understand, and she never explains. She doesnt care about what work i have or what im learning either. ugh. she doesnt appreciate that i have to push myself to get good grades, and to make responsible decisions on school-related things. She says that its good for me to push myself because she knows that im not gonna start slacking off, but thats just her excuse for not caring. I know she doesnt care because!!! She spends all day taking about stocks and complaining about her job..She won't meet my teachers because she didnt wanna stand up from her computer because she was looking at the stock market for hooouurs. Then she admitted once that she doesnt need to care about my school work. My parents are incredibly unreasonable because they never take your responses into consideration. Also, they have no idea whats going on in my life, and sometimes they don't care, so when i tell them they dont pay attention. Sorry this is so long. i started venting..but if there are anyways at all for me to make them involved with my school-life, and for them to consider let me and my sister dating then pleeasse respond Thanks alott.

Open Question: Can You Buy Over the Counter Pills to Correct ED?

This is a pretty embarrassing question, but I feel it's necessary to ask. I've only had sex once before, and I only lasted about 30 seconds, so I may very well have ED. But I'm dating this girl, and we'll be going to a party together next week. At that party, it could be very possible that we'll have sex. But is there a way to buy a pill, over the counter, that would immediately increase your stamina (that's the big problem, stamina) only a few minutes after taking it? I would much rather go for 30 minutes than say, for 30 seconds, lol! Thanks for your help.
