Open Question: Should law stop in between us ?alright , there was that woman which i loved before. she knew that i do, but i think she messed with my mind only and she was never serious ; after dating for a year, when she were about to leave her current work place, she accused me of sexual harassment after i tried to contact her. Now i know this sounds horrible, but am over it already . the thing is, the moment she initiated the trigger for me to stop contacting her, only one thing flashed into my mind. if I put law between me and her, it means that no trust will ever exist ; the odd thing is that we were always chatting and talking like real lovers, but suddenly she asked me to stop contacting her, and once i sent her a message saying sorry if am annoying her, she went on and reported me. the reason i didn't stop contacting her was that i felt that she loves me because we always had love and sex ; but all of the sudden , she pushed me away with a powerful blow ??? the dilemma here, am I guilty ? or is she the guilty one ? I know that i'll be told that I shouldn't trust not even my father,but think of it, if i don't risk, wouldn't that mean, i will be hiding from every single woman on earth ???? it's not like that I didn't have the knowledge that I must not contact her, the thing is, law shouldn't interfere with personal issues. that's why I didn't pay attention to her request to stop since i thought that she is really in full contact with me. should i delete trust from my dictionary and put law infront , or should i keep the good interpersonal communication and build pure intimate relationship ? I think in both cases there is a risk. but do you think that I had been guilty ? yes I do agree that I should've stopped. the funny thing is that my violation was actually a message saying " am sorry if i've annoyed you, can we talk or have a friendly chat ? " I swear on my honor that i loved her with all my heart :( and i heard that she have been with another man lately , and going to have a baby ?????????? i feel sad ..sigh.... please let me hear your opinion about this. advice, etc... the only problem am suffering now is to decide wether i should trust other again or not. I even think of making any girl i talk to to sign a paper which state that she wouldn't do any crazy stuff ever. Open Question: I Want to Get to Know A Girl Better... But there's a catch?I know this girl, J, from swimming for our high school. She's really funny and attractive, and I want to get to know her a little better so that I can see if there's a spark. At the beginning of the year she looked at me a lot, but I never really got around to talking to her because she hangs out with other girls on the swim team and I sort of liked someone else at the time. Well I dated the one girl I liked and we broke up so now I want to see if I can figure out whether those little glances meant something awhile back. Maybe it was just a little crush, but it never hurts to try. Only problem: We have no classes together, I don't her phone number, and I'd have to talk to her like its the first time since I never really did during swim season. How am I to do this??? I have her as a friend on Facebook and I commented on her status and joked around and commented pretty enthusiatically. As well as that, when I see her in the hall (and when I saw her at the swim team banquet last Tuesday) she looked at me like she has done before. Well here's what I'm thinking: I message her on facebook saying something along the lines of "Hey, I noticed that we never really talked during swim season... (fill in what you think I should say)" and maybe get her number? I'm really not sure if it'll ever work but it never hurts to try, so any advice or suggestions??? Open Question: Will a complaint to internal affairs LA sheriffs dept on a deputy who arrested me my wife,bro give me justice?so here goes, ive been having a big problem with a neighbor about his barking dog, I told him from inside my yard when he was getting off his car in his driveway & he got totally defensive, he then crossed the street toward my house making arm gestures to me like (so what) & (who cares) etc etc words were said & we almost got into a altercation I told him that I was going to go to animal control if he did not control his dog's barking, He just shined me off completely & that was it. About a week later I get the sheriff knocking on my gate so me & my wife came out & they asked us if i had a problem with any of my neighbor's? I replied yes about 1 week ago why, they then said that someone had made a complaint that they have found bb's from a bb gun in their yard & that someone was shoothing at their dog, I knew right away what this was about, so i totally denied to any wrong doing on my part which is true!! At this point I told them that i knew who had complained & I pointed to my neighbor's house whom I had the problem with & told them what had happened & that he was making this up, the lady deputy then said that it was not them & I told her yes it is!! I was kind upset a little but I remained calm but it looked like she did not like me contradicting her . so I explained to her that my neighbor had a bad attitude about me complaining about his dog & I told her about the agressiveness of my neighbor when he crossed the street to my front gate, she then told me that people are free to walk on the sidewalk totally dismissing anything bad about my neighbor at this piont I asked her that if was under arrest or what!! she said no your not, I then said ok then I have nothing else to say to you & turned around & walked away they then left but I could not help but notice the expression on the lady deputy's face in disbelief I guess that I just cut them off!! when they left my neighbor was in his front yard siiting on a bench behind the bushes in the dark , he then started snickering & laughing, I then gave him the bird so he did back we started shouting insults to one another again!! He wasn't able to handle me calling him (whipped) (by the way this is all happening in spanish) which in spanish is (mandillon) he then got up & ran across the street to my gate a began kicking it & telling me to come out & fight I did not go outside so I turned the hose on him to get him away from my gate it worked he left back to his house, ten minutes past & I went out to inspect the damage on my gate!! This is when he came out of nowhere & jumped kicked me with his boot hitting me on my side hip we then began fighting he wrestled me to the floor my wife came out to try to get him of me she could not my bro inlaw then came out & did the same he was able to pull him off me but then the guy still in a rage began swinging at my bro-inlaw at this time his wife & kid came out & also tried to stop the fight to no avail he went after me & my bro-inlaw relentlessly so we finally subdued him thats when the cops came again looks like my neighbors kid whom were fighting with called the cops(the same deputy's that I had spoke with earlier) & went straight to me & hancuffed me & my wife in a very agressive manner my neighbor was never handcuffed, the deputy said that I was under arrest & did not tell me why, my wife was also under arrest as well as my bro-inlaw they kept reffering to my neighbor as victim 1 & I was never asked what happended we were taken to jail for 2 days till my court date our charges were criminal threats,assault with a deadly weapon,child abuse,the case was da reject in the end I had a severe black eye scrapes & bruises on my arms & legs, & a big bruise on my hip I want to know what else can I do about this I am very angry at the deputy's that handled this situation any input would be great thank's More Recent Articles
