Open Question: Warrant.for.not.paying.fine?Hello. 2.months.ago.my.friend.arrested.for. shoplifting.Although.she.didn't.do.it. on.purpose.She.came.to.USA.a.year. ago.to.study.and.her.family.couldn't. support.her.anymore.so.she.decided. go.back.to.her.country.After.she. decided.to.go.back.she.went.to. kohl s.store.to.buy.something.for. her.friends.and.family.She.checked. almost.every.thin.in.the.store.and. spent.4.hours.there.After.that.she. picked.bunch.of.stuffs.and.went.to. cashier.she.paid.and.took.her.stuff. The.total.item.was.400$.And.when. she.was.about.to.exit.the.store.alarm .went.on.and.LP.guys.came.and. took.her.to.the.back.room.They. checked.her.things.and.there.was. one.perfume.which.was.80$.worth. they.said/but.it.was.actually.45$ /.She.told.them.that.she.didn't. want.to.steal.that.and.said.it.was. cashiers.fault.But.anyway.they. called.a.police.and.she.was.arrested. She.was.fingerprinted.and.given.a. court.date.She.went.to.her.court. and.received.785$fine.Now.she. doesn't.have.any.money.and.she. cant.pay.So.she.decided.just. not.to.pay.and.never.come.back, But.her.flight.date.is.2.weeks.after .the.court.ordered.pay.day.My. question.is.Is.she.gonna.be. arrested.just.after.2.weeks.not. paying.the.fine?Can.she.leave. USA.without.any.problem.poor. girl.she.is.having.a.hard.time. Open Question: I feel like . . . I don't know . . . . . . . . crap. 10 POINTS HELP!?So there's this boy and from the first day of school he's flirted with me (hugging, poking, tickling, telling me, holding hands pretty much always touching) well after a while he was calling me his best friend and then I found out he had a girlfriend that he didn't tell me about then i found out he was ENGAGED and didn't tell me when I brought it up he didn't deny it or anything and told me "it just never came up" a few weeks ago he came to school depressed and almost in tears and i talked to him that night on myspace and he kind of freaked saying "I'm tired of being lied to when I ask if your OK even when I see it in your eyes that theres an underlying problem" and then he admitted to me that he felt that he may be falling in love with me and i've known that I feel this way. we've talked about him breaking up with his girlfriend and he said that he thinks about it and that he wouldn't if i never showed up and that he wishes he'd known i'd liked him before he dated his girlfriend and even that he's almost kissed me a few times at schoolHe's known that i recently started cutting again for lots of different reasons (lets just say NOT a great past 3 months) and one day he was messing with my sleeve so i quickly turned my arm over and told him to stop because it hurt and he pulled up my sleeve and realized how bad they were that night he called me practically crying saying that he didn't want to make me feel like i needed to do that and that he had two choices he could either a-break up with his girlfriend and be with me or b-move schools or c-stay here and continue like how things are and that he was really confused and didn't know what to do (he's said that alot) last wednesday he talked my dad into letting me hang out with him after school until a church thing and on the phone that night i told him "I just don't want to be around her or you two or any of that" and he said he understood that and that he won't be "all over her or anything" and he got really sad and pretty much we just walked around town and when we were waiting for the church to open he was huddling really close to me and i swear our faces weren't more than 2 inches apart after church thing opened after 5 min of us being there his fiance come literally SKIPPING in bringing cookies and hugging him and I get kind of mad and she runs up to me and when i tell her my name she gives me a hug and tells me how happy she is to meet me(he has apparently told her about me) and I was nice and honestly in other circumstances she would be really fun to hang out with but the moment my dad drove up I burst out of the door (then continued on to one of the worst nights thanks to my dad and some bad phone calls) and the next day i was so mad i ignored him and told him not to touch me and today I realized that it was kind of stupid and apologized and he accepted but he just looked really NOT happy and said something along the lines of "well if you were trying to hurt me it worked" And he's honestly not a "player" I know it sound like it on here but he's not. Open Question: Barclays current account, can't manage it being abroad! need help!?I really need help guys! I had a bank account with Barclays in Hastings, UK, back in 2002. In 2003 I left the UK. Now, two moths ago I found my Barclays bank papers in my old documents, phoned Barclays to find out of the status of my bank account, I was told my account is still active and it has 5 pounds in it. I asked them If I can use it with my new debit card with Barclays, they told me to change my personal account address where I'm living now, I told them that I'm not in the UK right now, customer service guy told me in order to change my address I should send a letter asking to change my account address to my overseas address and send it to Barclays Bank Plc, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE87 2BB. Then, I sent a postal mail to above given address asking to change my address, waited for the moth and called them again to check out with them, they told me nothing has changed and asked to send it using a courier. On Wednesday, I went to local UPS courier and sent another letter to Barclays. Yesterday, I checked with a way bill tracking number given by the UPS and it showed that it's been delivered to the destinations. Later, that day I phoned to Barclays to check out with them, to my surprise, when I've been asked by customer service guy for my personal details for security measures, I was asked for my telephone number which linked to my account, I couldn't remember my Uk one, 'cause so far they never asked for my telephone number which I had in 2002, in the UK. So far, I've been asked only my full name, address details, date of birth, my UK address and my mother's maiden name, I was able to get my account with no problem. And, yesterday that customer service guy on the phone told me that "I failed to get authorization" to my account, 'cause I couldn't supply with a phone number to my account. I tried to call them again and other customer service guy told me that I'd already called them that day and failed authorization with stupid security questions and my account got blocked and he can't do anything with my account even get information. Then, CS guy told me in order to unblock my account; I should go to the nearest Barclays branch with my ID card or DL. I tried to explain him, that there is no any single Barclays branch where I'm living now, in Uzbekistan and asked him is he can help me with anything to resolve this and guy told me to call back them again after 24 hours, in which they system completely restarts. Now, I'm just in thoughts, may be Barclays already has changed my Bank account address details to my overseas one and attached my new overseas phone number and that's why I couldn't gain authorization from that guy on the phone. And I'm still wondering that it will be ok, after 24 hours with my account, that my account wouldn't be still blocked, because of that stupid guy with weird English. Is someone had such a stupid issue with Barclays and please, how can I get to know has my account address details has changed yet and get my new debit card to my address. Any help is appreciated.
