I'm so confused.?Six months ago I met a very cute girl. At first I was not paid too much attention to her, but I could understand that she is interested in me. I met her only once but I got to talk to her many times if it's on the phone or on the Messenger .. and she always been flirting with me! From time to time i realized that whenever I see that she left me a message i become happier and I have like butterflies in the stomach.. I didn't do anything special following this feelings.. I was very indifferent but now i have a HUGE crush on her and i cannot stop thinking about her. Now the problem is- she's got a new girlfriend. I'm talking to her today too when she is really in love with her girlfriend (I know that ) and she's keep flirting with me. She tells me things like I was dating you if I could and you're so pretty and amazing and its freaking me out!!! I don't know what to think!!! I'm afraid I reached these conclusions because I wanted to reach them. what can you understand from what i wrote? what would you do in situation like this? Thank you :) *sorry if i have English mistakes Open Question: what should members of a team do if they hear about dissolving of the team ?well we are jus three idiots(members) of a team or group (Research). We have recently come to hear that our group is going to be dissolved even after we have produced some good results till date. now though the information received is still to be confirmed officially but still we are jus finding it difficult to cope with this. hence unable to focus or concentrate on any work. it will be difficult now for us to work in different area as we find ourselves more productive in research rather than in any other division of the company. what should we do now to come out from this situation??? should we start looking for a change(company) or should we stay here and work in other dept. as working under any other manager won't be any problem but working out of our core area where we can't perform better will definitely be an issue. please provide us ur opinions.........
