Tennessee St. Ann Arbor, MI 48198 Dear Mr. Doe, My name is Devon Chambers, Owner of CHAMBERS ASSEMBLY. CHAMBERS ASSEMBLY is seeking 10 sponsors in the goal to expand this company. This company offers in-home furniture assembles and disassembles services to the Detroit Metro community. Assembling ready to assembly (RTA) or flat packed furniture that requires a great deal of time and patience for the average person (i.e. computer desk, children's play set, book shelves, IKEA items, etc). Our demographic market includes the age groups of 18 – 80 year old men and woman who are home owners or renters. CHAMBERS ASSEMBLY offers a strong focus to the senior citizen population with discount offers. We want to ensure that they are able to take full advantage of our services. Also including that we will donate 10% of those sale to a senior citizen charity of choice. In return for your sponsorship (at whatever level you chose) we're offering promotional recognition. We have specially prepared some benefits to suit your needs. We will place a banner advertising your business on the home page of our website. In addition, while advertising our business on fliers, cards, Coupons, etc. There will be a clear display of your logo. Also we will be willing to silk screen a small image of your logo on employee uniforms. To sponsor CHAMBERS ASSEMBLY, we're asking 10 area businesses to sponsor us in the amount $100 each to reach our goal of $1000. These funds will go towards our starting cost, hand tools for our employees, uniforms, advertising, flayers, business cards, etc. If you could sponsor us, we would truly appreciate it and look forward to a dynamic partnership that will fit your wishes and needs as well.
