Open Question: Why the girl does not make it clear? and more...

Open Question: Why the girl does not make it clear?

So, I saw this girl in the party and I went out with her a few days later. My feeling was that she is having a good time.well i really liked her. it is now 15 days after the first date and i haven't seen her again. I know she is a medical student and she is very busy. my problem is that she does not ignore completely, she answers sometime and she shows some interest. but then nothing. once she emailed me a few days after i called and said sorry i was out of touch, i was very busy and my friend is coming for visit. i said ok, let's get together soon though, no answer until next week that i texted her wat's going on with u, u don't want to go out anymore? she said i can't this week, too much work. then i said something funny about how hard it is to meet her and she replied that we can meet. but with an advanced notice. i said ok, wat about next friday or thursday( it was sunday)? she said busy on friday and on thursday i am busy too, maybe we can do something quick! i said i don't want you to be rushed or tired, is there any other day that works better 4 u? no reply until next day, i called her next night, left a message, as i am writing this she texted and said "weekend might work, i have to check with..., otherwise next week?" i have no freaking idea wat's going on here! if she doesn't want it, why she doesn't just ignore? or say no? if she want it, why i can never find her? is it possible that she is really as busy as she says? if she is interested, shouldn't she be more enthusiastic? should i move on? or should i keep on trying? i really like the girl and she sounds a good match. but i am confused!!

Open Question: Do you think I should kiss my Ex?

well I went out with my ex for 3 years. we recently broke up around a month and a half ago since we noticed that a long distance relationship wasn't working for us. I moved to another city around 5 hours away from where i used to live before the break up. I went to visit there every other weekend until it got to be to much of a hassle to do. and I couldn't go for a whole month and half. We then decided a break up would maybe benefit both of us. So we ended the relationship in a good way hoping to cross paths in the future. Anyways it turns out Im going back again for christmas break, to hang with friends and family that still live there. I've kept good contact with her to know that she still has strong feelings for me, and she tells me that she doesn't know if she likes the way things are because she feels completely lost. She even told me that it still felt like we were dating for a while after we broke up. Anyways I'm going back and staying at her house during the break. Only problem is that she has a boyfriend she just started dating around 2 weeks ago. How im thinking the relationship she has with the guy is that she is lonely and wants some form of tangible love, so she got a boyfriend (surprisingly he doesn't care that I'll be staying at his girlfriends house). Anyways do you guys think it would be alright if the chance is given to kiss her since we both still have strong feelings towards each other?

Open Question: What do I do to meet people in a city I'm a stranger too?

I moved to Houston with my wife of 4 years to be closer to her family and friends (further from mine). Now we are divorced and I'm stuck in a city where I'm the stranger. I can't leave because we have a 3 year old together and I do not want to be too far from her. I am finding it impossible to meet anyone let alone start dating. I can't find a decent spot to hang out, make friends, meet people/women..... I do work, retail, but I am trying not to mix business with personal life. My problem is getting worse as I am becoming extremely lonely and feeling desperate. What do I do?

Open Question: Why do guys want to date girls shorter than them? Are they afraid their masculinity will be compromised?

I am 5ft8 and have no problem dating guys as short as 5'3. The fragile male ego... Truthseeker - if you read my question you would see that I have no problem with height short or tall.... Scared of powerful women are you? Poor little boy.

Open Question: My parents don't approve of my fiance?

My fiance is 18, and I am 23. I know he's very young, but he's extremely mature for his age. He grew up in a horrible home. His dad committed suicide and his mom was a heroin addict who abused him and his two younger brothers. He's taken care of them and still managed to work extremely hard and graduated high school early at age 16. He deferred his admission to Brown University so he could take care of his two little brothers until they can graduate from high school. He's so talented, nice, responsible, and intelligent. My parents met him today, and they don't like him at all. He is a bit shy, and my dad pulled me aside during dinner and said, "What on earth are you doing, dating a child?" They suggested that I break up with him, saying that a kid with a dead dad and a heroin addicted mom is bound to have problems. They said I can do much better. This killed me and especially him. What on earth am I supposed to do?

Open Question: What to do About my Best Friend's Little Sister?

My best friend's sister (We'll call her Brittany) is in 8th grade and I am a Sophomore. When I was in 8th grade, I realized that I was attracted to her. I haven't acted upon those feelings because she was too young and we didn't spend much time together. Now my feelings for her are stronger and this has led to some struggles with myself. When I was a Freshman, I watched all the girls in my grade date the Juniors and inevitably give the Junior guys what they were looking for. I told myself I'd never do something like that. The problem is, I wasn't thinking about Brittany. I've contemplated this over and over again. I know I wouldn't have sex with her because I'm a Christian and besides that, I wouldn't want to screw up my friendship with my best friend (We'll call him Kody). However, it is the perception of it and what her parents might think. This leads me to my next problem. Kody and I have been friends since 4th grade. He found out once that I liked Brittany and didn't seem mad about it, more like confused as to why. However, I wasn't prepared to act upon my feelings then ad he knew it, so now if I were to be serious about this, I don't know what his reaction would be. Tonight, I slipped in a hypothetical situation where I was dating his sister and he told me if I did, he'd kill me. Also, I know I'd never intentionally hurt Brittany, most people don't intend to hurt people, but it might happen. If it did, I know he'd take her side and even if he didn't, her parents would which would be just about as bad. So should I go out with her or not? If I do, how do I go about telling him and what do I do if me and her break up?
