Open Question: Why is Ben Gordon not starting?

Ok, I haven't been on top of my basketball lately but I just watched Detroit - Bulls game today and I'm just wondering why is Ben Gordon not starting? Also, I know this is kinda old by why did Bulls got rid of Gordon? I mean he's a great player and helped Bulls out quite a bit during last year's playoffs.

Open Question: Is it true that Michigan's Governor Granholm was at the Jobs Summit?

I hope she wasn't there as an adviser to the president. Doesn't Beirut Lebanon have a lower unemployment rate than Detroit? Ok my fault it was Detroit's Mayor who attended - http://www.fox28.com/Global/story.asp?S=11607040

Open Question: Get a job or get a place...the conundrum.?

I live in the metro Detroit area...I'm in the middle of a divorce in which I was a non working housewife for 7 years. Now that I have to jump back in the job market and move out of the marital home with my 11 year old, I'm not sure what to do first. I know I'll find a job, I'm well respected and well known in my field, the health food industry, but it's been a few weeks with not too much luck. I have a few good leads still and that is why I'm not too worried about it yet. The issue is that living at 'my' house is going to have to end no later than Jan 1st. SO do I spend some of what little I have to get a place and start with that or wait till the last second and try to get that 'job' and then find a place and move in to it? I also have to juggle getting my son into a school once I do find a place, which with starting a new job seems like a mountain of hurt because I have homeschooled him his whole life and I don't even know the ropes on that. I have the chance of scoring an apartment that has a really low move in cost and is a good size/good area/good schools (supposedly) with paid heat. Should I take the risk and grab it or wait till I have income? As an added note, my soon to be ex is willing to co-sign because I have no job and this particular apartment complex is willing to except that. My son is my son, soon to be ex is not the father. We were together 7 years, my son is 11. The story is insanely complex, so I kept the details to a minimum. To make you all go wild, my son's bio father is trying to help as well, but he is Canadian and has to get a visa (yes I know a passport would do it...but...he's going back to school stateside...I'm just worried about me and my son first though. There is no connection between the two, it's all after the fact of the impending divorce.
